Terms & Conditions

How booking works

  • Villa Capra is booked directly on this website. You choose an available suite and dates, enter your name, email and phone number, agree to these terms and pay online. There is no enquiry step and no waiting for manual approval.
  • Availability shown on the website is live: it reflects website bookings and any dates already taken on other platforms.
  • Your booking is confirmed automatically once payment has been received and verified by our payment provider. You then receive a confirmation email with your booking reference and a calendar invitation.
  • Dates are held for a short time while you complete payment and are released automatically if payment is not completed.

Booking terms

  • Each suite (Melba and Yarra) is booked separately and sleeps a maximum of 2 guests.
  • Check-in: From 10:00 AM. Check-out: By 12:00 PM.
  • These times are fixed and do not change with your actual arrival time: check-out is by 12:00 PM on the day after your final booked night. Early arrival before 10:00 AM may be available by arrangement. Please contact Villa Capra in advance.
  • The lead guest must be 18 or over and provide a valid name, email and phone number.

Pricing and payment

  • One night — A$300 for up to 2 guests.
  • Two nights — A$500 in total for up to 2 guests.
  • Each additional night beyond the second adds A$200. The total for your dates is always shown before payment.
  • Payment is made in full, in Australian dollars, at the time of booking.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment provider. Villa Capra never sees or stores your card number, expiry date or CVV.
  • We store only the payment reference and the details needed to manage your stay.

House rules

  • No smoking indoors, no parties or events, and no pets unless agreed in writing.
  • Please respect quiet hours and our neighbours in the gardens.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused during their stay.

Liability

Villa Capra is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings, or for circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.
