What we collect

• Your booking details: the suite you chose, check-in and check-out dates, number of guests and any notes you send us.
• Messages you send through the contact form on this website.
• Transaction information supplied by Stripe after a payment, such as the payment reference, amount and payment status.

What we never store

We never see or store your card number, expiry date or CVV. Card details are entered directly on Stripe's secure hosted checkout and are handled by Stripe.

How we use your information

• To confirm your booking and send your confirmation and calendar invitation.
• To contact you about your stay or to reply to your enquiry.
• To keep records required for tax and accounting.

Third parties we use

• Stripe — payment processing and refunds.
• Resend — sending booking confirmations, owner notifications and enquiry emails.
• Google Maps — the embedded map on our contact page, which loads directly from Google.
• Booking platforms such as Airbnb, where calendar availability is shared so dates cannot be double-booked. Guest details are not published anywhere on this website.

Security and retention

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in a secure, access-controlled database. Guest details are never displayed on the public website. We keep booking records only as long as needed for legal and accounting purposes.
